At SDR Law, our mission is to ensure that every client is satisfied with the services they receive. Regardless of whether you are a youth offender, someone who has been charged for the first time, or a accused who has been charged with numerous criminal offences, we recognize that every client who walks through our door deserves our 100% commitment to securing the best outcome and making the process as stress-free as possible.
Who We Are
SDR Law was established by Solange Davis-Ramlochan in 2020. Our firm represents both adult and youth accused persons across the GTA. SDR Law assists clients at every stage of the criminal process, from bail hearings to trials, and represents accused persons charged with a range of criminal offences, including theft, assault, firearms and drug offences, and murder.
About Solange Davis-Ramlochan
B.A. (Hons), M.D., J.D.
Solange Davis-Ramlochan obtained her law degree from the University of Toronto in 2017. Solange was called to the bar in 2018. After articling at the largest criminal defence firm in Ontario, she was hired back as a partner at Rusonik, O'Connor, Robbins, Ross and Angelini LLP. She gained extensive litigation and trial experience before opening SDR Law in 2020.
During her time as a criminal defence lawyer, Solange defended clients charged with a wide range of offences including aggravated assault, firearms use, robbery, fraud, forcible confinement, and first degree murder. She successfully defended clients charged under the Criminal Code, the Controlled Drug and Substances Act, and the Highway Traffic Act.
Solange is passionate about her clients, and understands that everyone deserves a complete and focused representation from start to finish. She is knowledgeable about criminal defence work and has extensive oral and written advocacy experience. Solange has represented clients in provincial offences court, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.
